Executive program by Jorge Fraga · jorgefraga.ai
Most professionals use AI as a search engine that talks back. This program teaches how to use it as a work system: choosing the right tool for each task, giving it context and sources, verifying before trusting, and making what works repeatable.
It is multi-tool by design. General-purpose assistants for reasoning and writing, source-grounded tools for analysis with citations, research with current evidence, visual production, and Microsoft 365 Copilot inside the enterprise environment when the organization has it. Each tool's brand is an example; the capability and the rule of use are what stays.

📊 OVERVIEW
- Who it is for: professionals and teams in any industry who work with information, analysis, documents, and decisions. A technical variant for IT and operations teams, with its own cases.
- Context: organizations with or without Copilot. The program adapts to the tools available and approved in each organization.
- Format: four modules, 20 hours (4 + 4 + 4 + 8), adaptable between 8 and 20 hours depending on the audience. In person or online. Closed cohort, internal academy, or executive education.
- Positioning: from casual use to orchestrating several AI tools with evidence, governance, and human validation.

🧩 THE METHOD
Five models structure the program. The first three are shared with The Augmented Operator; the last two are specific to working across several tools.
- Six elements plus limits. Persona, instruction, context, format, audience, and tone, plus what cannot happen. It works in any assistant.
- Six quality criteria. Correctness, coverage, fit, format, traceability, and tone. To evaluate any answer, and to ask the AI to evaluate its own.
- Four steps of analysis. Understand, build, communicate, challenge. Always in the same order.
- The capability stack. Create, ground, verify, sense, refine, produce. The tool is chosen for the capability the task needs, not for the brand.
- The governance boundary. Internal data stays in approved enterprise tools. Public tools receive only public or anonymized content. Knowing which side of the boundary each task sits on is the core skill.
The rule that binds the five: AI prepares, the person validates and decides.
